5. Damages
KDS Clothing is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within Canada, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Ensure your shipping address can accept deliveries from the chosen carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Verify your delivery details before finalizing your order. If an error is found, contact us promptly at kdsclothing@icloud.com.
8. International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred during shipment. Be aware of your country’s import regulations.

2. Return Process

Contact Us - Email kdsclothing@icloud.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization - Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions.

Ship Your Return - Pack securely, include the RMA, and ship to the provided address. Use a trackable shipping method as KDS Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within [7-10 business days]. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once processed.

4. Exchanges
